the pandemic of 2020 has forced changes and challenges for dragon boating with activities coming to a halt.  Despite Covid, we continued as a team, embracing technology, social distancing and cdc guidelines to persevere with conditioning and strength training. We look forward with optimism to returning to the water, racing, and resuming the launching of the first ever over 70 USA dragon boat team; to compete locally, nationally , and internationally.
